Update 4 days later: Avis refunded the $150 that I paid for their insurance that I didn't need. So what did it get Chris and the Fullerton Avis location? It got them a one-star review and a repeat customer that will never come back. What did it get me? I got my money back. Me: 1, Avis: 0. Great location, great cars! Prompt service!
I rented a one-way trip from Bakersfield to Fullerton. The agent on site at Fullerton was racial profiling me. He did not answer my phone call for directions on where to park and as of today, I have not received my pending credit back from my deposit. I will email Avis main office for assistance. This location doesn't return people's deposit hold.
Poor service, not recommended
Ok..I rented from here to go to Universal studios with my daughter. At first...the hours did not accommodate the return of the vehicle so Chris said I can drop it off at the carwash on the block. 1. When I picked up the car...it was NOT Chrus but another man. He had an attitude and was very rude. His attitude was horrible. I had to ask the Lord to make him stop because I was about to go off on this guy.
