Do not rent here. Staff leaves you stranded. Don’t take an effort to reach out to you, said they had no Cars when I wanted to pick up my 2 week old reservation. Told me to call other locations and ask if they have available cars. Unbelievable. Hard to imagine this is compliant to Avis corporate guidance.

Easy experience and conveniently close to the airport, which helped avoid the extra airport rental fees. I was in and out with no issues. The car selection is smaller, but still solid with nice options. Store hours can be a little challenging for business travel schedules, but overall it was worth the extra effort to support a local business when the timing works.
