The Agent Tony and his team was Awesome , I give them 5 Stars but the system Avis Corp. has in place is horrible. I accidentally left my son’s booster seat (agree it’s my mistake) while returning the rental, tried calling the office but was connected to a central service center who couldn’t help, wouldn’t provide a way to talk to the staff at the Avis Center because they said there’s no way to speak to them, after being transferred to 2 more departments 30-40 mins later, I was told just go back and talk to them. For Uber drivers: I gave this place 5 stars, because I like supporting local businesses, and this place has better quality cars and customer service than Hertz. But, I'm at the point of frustration where I don't know if I'll be able to continue doing business here. I've been renting here since November of 2025, and everything was okay until a couple months ago. What happened was I paid $380 a week ($50 more than Hertz, but it WAS worth it in my opinion) for the premium EV selection, however, another $380 was taken out of my ... read more
