Needed a rental for the week because my car was in the shop. Made a reservation online for the next day. Arrived the next day to find a very nice agent providing great service, and a clean car new that matched my reservation. No hassle, very efficient. Yes, it’s not the most attractive building, and the parking lot is gravel as some have mentioned, but that did not impact my experience.
I’ve been renting from Avis for years, and they consistently deliver. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they’ve never let me down when it comes to having a car ready for me. A special shoutout to Bobbie, who goes above and beyond every time. Highly recommend!
Great service
Don't rent a car from this Avis location. I had booked a reservation to rent a car through Expedia few days prior to my trip. The day before, I called Avis to verify and make sure everything was set and they told me that my reservation was cancelled that morning. I told them I did not cancel the reservation nor did I receive an email about it and that I need a rental to get back home to go to work the next day.
