Don't rent a car from this Avis location. I had booked a reservation to rent a car through Expedia few days prior to my trip. The day before, I called Avis to verify and make sure everything was set and they told me that my reservation was cancelled that morning. I told them I did not cancel the reservation nor did I receive an email about it and that I need a rental to get back home to go to work the next day. I had a very disappointing experience with this Avis location. I completely understand that during busy travel periods rental companies may temporarily run out of cars. That part is understandable. However, what is not understandable is allowing customers to make a reservation, confirming multiple times that the reservation guarantees a vehicle, and then telling the customer the next day that no cars are available at all. Avis has been great very affordable good service at the different locations. I will absolutely go back to these places or at least recommend them. very convenient.
