Showed up at 5:35 to pick up a rental car. They have a note on the window that’s says be back in 15. Really? You close in 25 minutes. Then there’s a number to call if you need assistance. Called 3 times. Got voicemail. Needed a car urgently. Ridiculous. Never rent here.

Worst experience hiring a car I've ever had. I'll pay more next time to avoid Avis/Budget. The guy wanted proof that my spouse and I were married and then wanted a $750 credit card hold for the vehicle where most others charge significantly less. Avoid at all costs.

Recently rented a car from Avis at this location , the pick experience was great , agent was friendly helpful and completed all checks very quickly. The drop off experience on the other hand was a like pulling teeth !! The agent spent a good 15 mins inspecting the car , even got on his hands and knees, started picking up every little piece of garbage that was in between the seats and throwing it out onto the sidewalk , got the point where I just had to leave because I couldn’t keep waiting around !! Terrible experience at this particular location…. I had rented car from avis before and never had any issues this morning the person at the desk was super rude and was not ready to help at all. I asked him about payment and all he told me was $750 on a credit card and if you don’t have the funds there nothing I can do and stepped back. I would not even give one star if given a choice. Very bad customer service, disappointed

Bad service, unfriendly staff. Take pictures of the car before you leave. They don't write everything on it.
