I’m not sure about the negative reviews from previous experiences but both individuals who work here, were extremely kind. The woman was helping a customer to my right and was extremely thorough and kind to the customer. The male who helped me was extremely kind and held good conversation. My rental was cleaned and ready for me within 5 minutes of being served. Thank you for great customer service!

Beyond excellent location!! I can not understand ANY complaints with this location as the staff are AMAZING!! Do not be fooled! Service is what this location embodies in whole. They are professional, clear, and respectful WELL beyond any expectation. My preferred location by far. Any negative reviews, I assure you are the error of the customer, not the staff. This location is the type of location Avis/Budget should aspire for all of their locations. Keep up the great work!!

I want to Say Ms. A is a very understanding lady. The Askari family here at this location is not at all bad people. They work with you. If I could I would rent from them again. It was corporate I had a problem with.
