If I could give 0 starts I would. I reserved a vehicle Monday and I told them up front I had a not so good credit score and asked would that be a problem. They said no as long as I have the down payment the credit wouldn’t be a big issue. Mind you I flew in from Illinois and don’t have any other means of transportation. When I got there,they said they couldn’t rent the vehicle to me due to my credit and basically left me stranded. They were totally dishonest and left me and my family in a bad situation. The representatives at this location were exceptional in every aspect of the word. Very helpful.... communicative.... and inviting. The assistance they provided was expeditious and efficient. The service they provided allowed me time to spend with my daughter.... for that, I AM THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL!! I highly recommend this location and will be coming back again for future service.
