I've been trying to get a car for Uber. I just wish they would answer the phone. Not sure if they are busy or not but I've been calling for 2 weeks. They don't answer the phone for nothing
Bad service, the lady there clearly doesn’t want to work, I reserved a car I called them around 8 times to confirm and they confirmed everytime . Yet when I took a $100 uber to there they said that there is no car available, with a very bad attitude. (uber rental)
Mother rented a car and had quite a few issues, Was told we would get a call from the locations owner. We have heard nothing and they are now attempting to charge her a tow fee...because their cars battery had issues
