Very efficient
We had an excellent experience at Avis. The person who welcomed us was amazing friendly, professional, and very helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the vehicle was clean and in perfect condition. Thank you for the outstanding service, we highly recommend this branch!
They will give a car with low fuel, damaged door, damaged carpet, won’t send you an email of the reservation, when you ask the lady at the desk she says she’ll be right back but leaves and doesn’t come back, and when you call their number the rude lady on the phone hangs up on you. What “great” customer service! Will know to get from hertz or enterprise next time.
