Cant reccomend this place. First we got a damaged car which was not listed on the documents so i had to go all the way back to the Front Desk. Unfortunetely due to all that i forgot to check the fuel Level. I took a picture of the oil Warning when i startet the car for the first time. Later noticed that on pickup already more than 1/4 of fuel was missing. Please check fuel Level on pickup before they scam you as well. All combined by far the worst rental experience i ever had.
I had a terrible experience at this location. The lady at the desk was the rudest person I've ever encountered. When I simply asked her a question about the location of something in the building, instead of helping or saying she didn’t know, she launched into a lecture about how she works for AVIS and not the hotel itself. This lack of customer service was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. I won’t be returning here.

Kirsten was absolutely the BEST!! Full of personality and a savior in our rough spot of traveling. Definitely ask for her and be prepared for a fun interaction!!
