HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a 5PM reservation. I called at 4:45 to let them know that I could be 5 minutes late and would be stranded if they close. They informed me that they planned to lock the gate at 5 and go home anyway. I showed up at 5:02 to see them locking the 2nd gate (I unfortunately went to the first one that was already closed). Silly me for expecting a little grace. What kind of customer service is that? BAD!

This store specifically is no good we did use Avis but a different location. The young lady working Sunday morning was horrible first she was I. The restroom for like 10 min while we waited for to get out when she finally got out the attitude came out was informed no cars were available so we left called the reservation line they informed us they did have indeed vehicles so we made our reservation and went back an hour later again same young lady and she said no cars she was rude and needs better training especially if your ... read more

So much easier than Captain Kirk's ship...cars are way nicer and cleaner
