Reserved and received confirmation for a full sized car. When I show up to pick the car, the rep told me they don't have the car that I reserved. She offer me a Ford Mustang convertible (which will not meet my needs since I have 4 passengers.) or a Ford F150 with and extended cab (way too big and I don't feel safe putting my luggages in the open back).
