I always pick this Avis to rent from instead of the other one on Midlothian Turnpike because Harsh and his team are always so gracious, the cars are well cleaned, ready, and they take seriously identifying the dents and scratches before you drive off.

Extremely slow attendant. I arrived at 12:17pm and didn’t get to the desk for my check out until 1:05pm. There were only 2 customers in front of me - one who was already at the desk when I arrived. No sense of urgency - it should not take an hour to check out 2 cars. I didn’t get the keys until a full hour later. I will not be renting from this location again. It would have been quicker to drive to the airport 40 minutes away

Do not use this establishment!!! So, I rented a vehicle from Bedford PA. I had a five hour drive to return at this establishment. As with all rent a car places. They hold an extra $250 for incidentals. The guy at the counter his name was Legend. Legend and I both went outside to go over the vehicle both inside and out. He said the car was good to go. I want to give a huge thank you to Legend for his excellent customer service! He is pleasant, helpful and just a very friendly guy. He is the reason I will continue to use Avis.

Great service specially from Mr.Legend , got the car in time took it for a week, on the day of return reached within time but the entry was done late , called Avis 10 times without any resolution as thier system seems to be always down. Called Avis midlothian got resolved in a single call , thanks a ton guys , clean good car , helpful customer service 5/5
