Do not use this establishment!!! So, I rented a vehicle from Bedford PA. I had a five hour drive to return at this establishment. As with all rent a car places. They hold an extra $250 for incidentals. The guy at the counter his name was Legend. Legend and I both went outside to go over the vehicle both inside and out. He said the car was good to go. Great service specially from Mr.Legend , got the car in time took it for a week, on the day of return reached within time but the entry was done late , called Avis 10 times without any resolution as thier system seems to be always down. Called Avis midlothian got resolved in a single call , thanks a ton guys , clean good car , helpful customer service 5/5
