It was last minute and they where about to leave and still took my business
Ordered a luxury car and got an SUV, not even top of the line and i didnt get a notification to cancel or change it.
Whatever you do don't I repeat DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!! He holds cars from renters even though there isn't an existing reservation for it!! He lied and said he doesn't have a bathroom in his office that works period. Short tempered and rude!
