Absolutely unacceptable I’ve been waiting for over an hour for someone to show up to the front desk. Yesterday I waited 2 hours and nobody showed up. Completely ruined my family trip, and yes we made reservations 3 times and each time, it was no one here to serve me.
These guys sent me to the wrong location for the vehicle pickup and then refused to compensate me. They sent me to 702 Philadelphia Pike Wilmington, DE. This was a permanently closed location with a for rent sign on the building. I will never rent a car from them again!
