Fred, who works here, is a wonderful person; he helped me a great deal.
Nobody at the desk, I'm waiting to get my car, no bell no nothing, almost an hour no one answers the phone. It's ridiculous.
Amazing customer service by the gentleman at the front counter. pickup and drop off was smooth. He was very helpful and very polite. I would come back just for the customer service. I did not catch his name but he deserves a raise
Avis, but applies to the other car rental agencies here. They close at 5 pm. There are no provisions for picking up a car there after then. The train station does not close at 5 pm. People are still arriving until much later in the day. We found that our train was going to be late on June 24 and arriving after 5 pm, so no way to get a car. We had to cancel our reservation and lost money due to it being less than 24 hours prior. Lousy way to run a business.
