BEWARE OF FRAUD AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible service . There is a reason why the the reviews are so awful customer service horrendous. Called and made a reservation through their reservation line. They took my card information and a bunch of other stuff to make the reservation all for me to get an Uber come into the office for them not to honor the reservation after they took all of my banking information. Complete bullshit; bald headed guy tried to steal 300 dollars from me on a slight of hand. Run far away, hell walk before you rent a car from this facility and this guy.
Prepaid for a rental for eight days in Catania Sicily Rentalof a Mercedes was skoda exactly what is that? The car was dirty and had 3/4 of a tank of fuel in it at the end of eight days return the car and everything was fine.
