Save yourself the time and rent somewhere else. First I was given a car when I rented a suv, then the car was filled with an ant nest that I didn’t notice until I left. I had to spend an hour of my day going back to the airport to switch out for a new car. Then when I return the new car I am hit with a $13 miscellaneous charge. I’ll save my time and rent else where in the future

Booked online and fast and easy. Counter servers were kind and efficient with car location and confirmation! Only downside was not fully cleaned as steering wheel controls had "something " sticky on it :( I always carry wipes with me and wiped everything down. There were 2 unknown pills located later along shifter and threw them away ! Finally smelled like smoking occurred in car ( non smoking )!

Arrived last night with a prepaid reservation being told no cars were available as everything was sold out and the cleaners didn’t clean enough that day. The Manager and staff were rude and yelling at customers instead of trying to help us figure out how we were going to get alternate options or how to cancel without losing our money - just “come back tomorrow at 9am.” Proceeded to rent from Dollar for the night (thank goodness for them) and came back the next day to spend more time getting our car that was a sub par upgrade... read more
