Kimberly was the biggest help I’ve ever had when dealing with Avis, i was dreading having to come into the office knowing how it goes not vehicles available but today was actually a pleasant experience!
Had more than enough 💲 in my bank account for my reservation. Avis computer system repeatedly declined my debit card as well as my husband's. Then I noticed several other customers getting declined as well, with same decline error message. Also, the employee quoted the deposit amount to be $100 above what we were told by the Avis customer service phone representative. Really odd shenanigans there, I do not recommend this particular location for obvious reasons stated.
By far one of the worst avis I've been. They say they don't have cars and every question you ask, their answer is "this is a small avis, that's what we got and it isn't my problem". Booked a car a month ago, and yet when I arrived, they didn't have the car.
Tonia was amazing. She was very professional and extremely busy. She kept her cool and took care of all the customer's. Her and Perry make a great team. I will return for more rentals. Thank you 2 so much.
Been trying to get a hold of this location all morning to see if they have any availability for uber and they have not answer back
