Have to give the company one star. Due to its employees first time renting a car there. I dealt with the owner. It was an amazing experience. I have since tried to go back twice.Both times spoken to a female employee whom was rude and hung up on me. Have since gone with enterprise. They have worse rates but at least I don't get hung up on.
forever trash. both budget and avis. I tried to save myself some money but ended up paying a cancelation fee anyway due to incompetent people. a 50 cancelation fee is a scam...
Rented from this place over a dozen times. Always polite. Seamless transaction. Vehicle always clean and ready.
I recently visited to rent a car and it was the worst experience of my life. Customer service was extremely poor. The staff were rude, unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Despite having a reservation, I had to wait an excessive amount of time, and when they finally did, they never rented me the car. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
