Reserving and pick up were stress free. Car was a newer vehicle. Smooth ride. Clean. Returning it was a different story. Dearborn office - there were 2 gentlemen working the desk. I was fifth person in line. Took almost an hour from time i walked in to time i left. Otherwise no complaints. Thank you Avis
Christon is AMAZING best rental company EVER
The car i rented was perfect I loved the ford escape and the gas mileage was insane would def recommend for anyone looking for a quick efficient rental. Also chrispon was an amazing clerk made it so easy 5 stars for him!! :)
