Worst expierence ever. Called customer care to find out excately what I needed to bring with me. They said all I need is credit card for deposit and then rental can be paid thru bank card. Went just a few minutes ago to pick up the rental and they tell me “no it has to be a credit card to entire payment. Called customer care they tell me same thing as before then says “nothing we can do right now and the pick up location doesn’t have any vehicals on their lot” this place is pathetic and doesn’t know what their doing. This was the 2nd time i rented from here. First time no issues 2nd time i was charged a fuel charge even though i returned it with the exact same fuel it had. I called them and a young man answered and said it wasnt there office who charged it. So i called the 1800 number and they said the office where i rented from put down i brought the car back with no fuel. I sent avis the charge from my credit card when i pumped and said it wasnt enough. Wont rent from avis or this local office again.

I travel for work and we always use Avis under my company’s corporate account. I never had a issue until I came here, when asked to show ID from my company they told me my digital ID wasn’t valid while we haven’t issued a physical I’d in almost 5 Years!
