I recently rented a car from Avis, and unfortunately, the vehicle turned out to be undrivable. I went to this location seeking assistance, but the store representative informed me that they couldn't swap the car. Instead, I was told to drive to the airport, which is around 40 minutes away, to get the car exchanged. Made a reservation for a car and they cancelled it 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up because THEY overbooked it. Be better. Almost ruined my entire trip.

Jimmy and Kwame make every rental a pleasure! Very responsive and helpful - big relief to have someone to count on with the many rentals I have for business. i often have to rent an American made car and they have always made sure that I get what I need. my cars are clean and fluid levels are topped off so i can travel with ease
