This company knew the car wasn’t the cleanest I told them about it, but I cleaned the vehicle before returning it and then got a $450 cleaning fee for the minimal dirt
I had a horrible experience renting from another location, but this location was awesome. There were some billing issues on my end and they got it cleared up, and when I asked if I could use the lobby to take a call they invited me to use their office - what car rental place does that?? Very caring people here that are super engaged

Do not use this location. Poor customer service and business practices. My company made a car reservation for me to pickup at 11am on Sunday. I came at 11:50 to pick up the car. When I walked in two people were at the counter I was asked "what are you here for" with a negative tone. I let her know I was there to pick up my reserved car. She told me my 'car was already given to someone else, they thought I wasn't coming'. I questioned this, and how I wasn't notified.
