Do not use this location. Poor customer service and business practices. My company made a car reservation for me to pickup at 11am on Sunday. I came at 11:50 to pick up the car. When I walked in two people were at the counter I was asked "what are you here for" with a negative tone. I let her know I was there to pick up my reserved car. She told me my 'car was already given to someone else, they thought I wasn't coming'. I questioned this, and how I wasn't notified. Perfect place to get a rental when ur car breaks down! Credit score of 600 or higher and I can use a debit card out of state or not ! Awesome and fastly workers was in and out in 15 minutes with the car!

Edit: I see that you want me to email me all my information to be able to 'address this' but do you really need me to send you all my info to fix your bad business practices? Seriously, just don't offer rentals at the EXACT TIME YOU CLOSE. I'm not looking for anything other than to save other people from the panic I went through. Reserved a car for noon on Sunday.
