They should get an award for how bad their customer service is. Pretty impressive combination of disorganization, rudeness and incompetence.
Please don't go for electric cars like Tesla; they impose more fees in addition to the Tesla electric charge fee. It was a huge bill for me compared to the charges shown at the Tesla charging station. Avoid.
Car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, had not been fully cleaned and gas was not full - additionally I had to call my call insurance and have them describe my rental coverage out loud which I’ve never had to do.
