These clowns decided to call me a 12 hours before my reservation to tell me they have no cars for me after booking two weeks ago. I leave in 12 hours now need to find a car elsewhere. Exactly what I want to be doing before my travels. Find a better company than Avis. Then always seem to fail. And for them to call me a few hours before to tell me this is a freaking joke. I’ll make sure no one rents from here again.
Avis really dropped the ball. we booked a rental two weeks ago, and they had the nerve to call me the night before my trip to tell me they had no cars available. Seriously? Now I’m scrambling last minute to find a replacement, which is exactly what you want to be doing right before you travel. This isn’t the first time Avis has let people down, and clearly they’ve made a habit of it. Calling just hours before to cancel a confirmed reservation is completely unacceptable.
