⭐️ 1 Star (wish I could give zero) Avoid this Avis location at all costs. The Avis app is ancient and barely functional, even when fully updated it constantly glitches. I tried to book a one-day rental using points, but the app wouldn’t process it. I selected “pay at counter,” assuming someone in person could fix it. The agent told me to cancel and rebook because “Avis locations have nothing to do with the app.” Apparently, they have zero access to troubleshoot I asked the guy at the counter to please rebook me using points ... read more
We where assisted by Jay he WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Above and beyond customer service. He worked with us to find a perfect car for our road trip. We had to come from another Avis in Westminster and he took amazing care of us switching our reservation to the longmont location. Thank you so much Jay!!! You literally saved the day!!! Thanks to you were able to get on the road for our family reunion
I have rented multiple times in this location and never got any problem with them they are very flexible and good management. But recently I see there is a change in new management and these guys think they are professional but not really. I got my car reserved at 8 am but when I went to the location it took a while to get the car probably a hour later. I returned the car next day probably around 9 15 or something. He charged me extra for an whole extra hour and said I was late. But I got the car late this doesn't make sense... read more
