Absolutely horrible customer service! Do not use!! Called and made and booked a reservation over the phone paid for the car had my confirmation number. Showed up at the Walmart location to pick up my vehicle. Their worker was extremely rude and said yeah we don’t have a car for you. I was left stranded in Fort Collins all afternoon. They did not try to help me at all.!! Her crappy response was I have one filthy car here on the lot that I already have rented to someone else !!
My father and I arrived with a lot of questions we couldn’t find answers to online or over the phone. We were skeptical with it being at Walmart, but Maddy who helped us provide the best customer service we’ve had in quite a while. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Our expectations were blown away.

I haven't even gotten the car yet. We've been here for awhile. My husband went out to the lot to find anyone cleaning anything. There is just no one here. What a crazy way to run a business!
