Avis in Georgia messed up my reservation. They attempted to charge me double but Gordon here in the Sarasota location at Avis took care of me and waved all the crazy fees We need more employees like Gordon and all of the Avis locations Five star employee all the way
Great experience with Avis in Sarasota! Picking up the car at the location outside the airport was incredibly quick and efficient. The whole process was smooth, and I was in and out in no time. It was so much easier than dealing with the crowds, chaos, and higher prices that often come with renting directly at the airport. The staff made everything simple and hassle- free. I would definitely use this location again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Sarasota area!
Gordon is the best! He’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. 5 star experience. This was my second time at this location and the rental experience with Gordon was flawless and stress free; just the way you’d wish things would go all the time. I highly recommend this location for your rental needs!
I was stuck while my vehicle was being repaired and the staff came through for me and provided a rental for me. Kris, Hector, Gordon, and Rick were all very professional and helpful. New, clean vehicles; will definitely be back!! Thanks everyone! UPDATE: My vehicle had a "phantom problem"; very unusual symptoms and multiple repair attempts led to the car being down for several days. Kris, once again, was wonderful!
