To the owner of the Avis Car Rental @MBS airport. I used to be a loyal customer of this establishment for the last 8 years and have been first hand witness of the decline. Over the last one year this establishment has quickly move to an unprofessional, racist joint with little or no regard for the customer. Last 5 times I booked, including today, they called me stating they cannot provide me a car 2 hours before my planned pick up time leaving me to cancel my plans. My company and I book Rental cars for the last few months at MBS Saginaw and never have we experience so much unprofessional and disrespectful attitude coming from a sales rep by the name of Shannon. We would book weeks in advance and when we pick the car up it is unavailable and she has a terrible attitude Of assisting when it’s time to rebook. Watch out for this location using cancelled reservations as a current reservation without any notification. Happened to me and cost me more than twice what it should have. Corporate or this location were not able to help at all. Done doing business here.
