Both sites in Red Bank and Newark were very accommodating. We ordered a large SUV because we had 4 passengers and luggage But when one out group couldn't get into it both counters switched it into a van which still had plenty of room for us and all of our luggage. Only drawback at Newark airport was the change to having to take the sky train then. Walk over 1/2 mile to pick up the car. Newark needs to rethink this especially with disabled customers !!!!!!!!!
Rented a car, all went well. Thanks Avis!
First time using avis, everything was fantastic until i checked my credit card statement, and they charged me until August 30th, when i returned it on the 27th, now im dealing with customer service to hopefully get this corrected
Can’t say enough about Moe and Sam. Fantastic customer service. There are a bunch of rental car spots closer to me but I will absolutely drive the distance to rent from them the next time I need a car.
