We had a fantastic experience with Moe! He made sure we had a newer car and helped manage issues when our rate wouldn’t come up, thank you for the great service!
Moe was very helpful and patient. He’s always kind and polite! Cars are clean and ready for you when you book. I recommend renting from here. It’s convenient.
Charges me for the tolls everytime even though I opt to use my own easy pass so this is the second time I’ve paid double in toll because there department never answers the phone I will defintsly never be renting a car from these nickel and diming people. TOTAL SCAM AND WILL SHAKE YOU DOWN FOR PENNIES, they also tried to charge me 500$ for a day rental in temp fees and fixed it immediately one I complained, these people are scam artists and will try to run every trick in the book by you! Terrible experience. I was charged again nearly a month and a half after returning the car with no clear explanation. I would avoid this location.
The owner Moe was so nice and helped us right away. He explained everything about the contract and he came outside and showed us everything on our vehicle. The cars on the lot were super clean and so was the lot and the office. If you want excellent service rent your car at Avis in Red Bank NJ. Thank you again.
