All the cars at the airport were booked up due to all the last-minute flight cancellations: this place was our only hope. Moe got us set up with our rental in no time. Courteous and efficient: great guy. Also the car was great. Would happily rent here again .

They have been late opening their store more than a few times and it has caused me to be late to my destination a few times. I complained. the counter guy got angry at me, and told me to find another car rental company...that is outrageous... I began using Enterprise and Hertz this week and they have been cheaper, on time, and a lot nicer. I'll never use Avis again.
I've had it with this location. They gave us a car fully aware it smelled like a full diaper was wrapped in another diaper that was left in the sun. We tried desperately to swap in Maryland and VA locations once we got to those states. After 8 hours in this awful car where my kids eyes were watering and all our clothes and hair smelled like this I went to the Richmone Airport budget to swap. Everytime I called Red Bank to complain no one answers. Why? Because the guy working there is in the back getting high. The place reeks... read more
