Came in on a unusual circumstance and they knocked it out of park.
I will likely never use AVIS, or this location, again. On the morning on May 26th I rented a car in Omaha to drive to Boulder. I had scheduled the return at 11am on May 27, but the AVIS person at the counter told me if I returned it by 8am on the morning of the 27th I would save almost $200. I drove that day (the 26th), unloaded the car by 5:45pm, got gas, and drove to the office. The office closed at 6p, so I missed it by about 15 minutes. This Avis in Boulder was the best rental experience I have had using Avis. I would highly recommend this location and Humam and Mac have been so wonderful to work with.
