I loved the way Mac provided the guidance and he was super helpful. The car we rented was clean and comforatble. Overall this was excellent experience for me.
Pros: no wait, new car, no upsell Cons: selection/availability - the full-size I booked wasn't available so I got "upgraded" to a subcompact SUV that was smaller, slower, and less efficient
The worst car rental experience I have ever had. When I arrived to pick up the car I had reserved, the employee at the agency told me that there were no cars available at all. He simply handed me a piece of paper and told me to call the reservation service myself to find another car at a different location! Absolutely appalling customer service. The start of my vacation was delayed by several hours while I had to make my way to DIA to pick up another car. A complete nightmare. Never again, AVIS.
Came in on a unusual circumstance and they knocked it out of park.
