I am deeply disappointed by Avis Budget's unprofessionalism. In 2024, I spent well over 3 hours cleaning. Overcharged for an extra week($400+). Now in 2026, they have lost a claim I gave directly to Asem back in 2024 that wasn't my fault to begin with($1,000+).
Rented a car for the weekend. Asem was great! Very helpful and actually gave a ride and saved me from walking back in the hot day. Thank you!
