Great Experience, I've rented from this location twice now and both times Asem has provided excellent service.
This was a nightmare beginning to end. We reserved a vehicle, got a call that they didn't have it WHILE ON THE WAY THERE. We reserved another one and drove 40 minutes to this location to be told they didn't have it when we walked in. Sat there like idiots while the employee called around to try to find a different location with the vehicle we needed. He said another location *might* have it but they can't guarantee someone else won't pick it up. We left and went to enterprise and got it for cheaper. We wasted FOUR HOURS deal... read more
Wrongly charged an extra day/hour despite returning on time. Also car was not clean when renting, which I could live with, but charging extra when returning on time is ridiculous. Now I need to go through customer service to dispute the charges.
Incredibly fast and friendly service from Asem!! he was extremely helpful and patient with me. I will absolutely use them again!
