To start; i use Avis all over the country and quite often. 1) Reserved Car 2) Teal location in Frisco called me @ 8:00 a.m. today to let me know the car is ready and would i be using the card on file. I told them no i would be using a diff check card. 3) Show up for car and they are requesting a copy of a utility bill, a millitary id, my passport, an ATM card, or a Health Card with matching picture. Had a great experience with this Avis location! Had to extend twice with zero issues. Car was clean and pick up process was super quick and easy. Drop off was even easier. Will use this location for all future rentals.
