Was in and out with the keys to my car, ended up getting a free upgrade too.
2nd time booking a reservation here, take an Uber to pick up the car they call me to tell me they don’t have a car and cancelled my reservation and told me to go the airport 40 minutes away…been an Avis preferred member for over 15 years, never had this problem, don’t do business at this branch
Airport Avis rented me a car with a crack in the window. After a day of driving the crack encompassed the entire window. Car is not legal to drive. Unsafe! This Avis said they would need to charge me 24 hours if I was to drop off the unsafe car at this location. Yup! Pay one full day or drive an unsafe car to DFW and return it there. Criminal!
