Only place I rent from, best service and the best people ever!
Had a good experience renting an SUV from this Avis location. We had to cancel our rental from another location and were able to rent one here and pick up the SUV within an hour. The vehicle was clean and drove well. Kumar was friendly and helpful, and made the process of picking it up and dropping it off easy.
BEWARE: better pay few more dollars for rental then deal with extra unfair charges!!!! Avis will charge you for normal use and call it excessive cleaning. I returned my rental with light sand on the floor mats and fingerprint on touchscreen and small pet hair at the baggage area, the kind of thing you get from any regular week of driving. A few days later, a letter showed up billing me $125 for "excessive" interior dirt. I pushed back and got their own inspection report.
