Rented a Jeep for a long weekend and encountered bad customer experience regarding the car rental insurance. Reason for 2 stars: Line took a long time with one person behind the counter talking to other customers who got out of the line. Getting to our turn, the person at the counter would not accept our CSR credit card as the primary rental insurance and insisted that we provide car rental insurance details. Do not use this Avis/Budget Tucson Airport location - My husband made a reservation months in advance. We landed and waited over an hour in line just to be told they ran out of available cars. Their only solution was to wait on someone else to return a car or try to find another company to rent from. We prob should have looked at other reviews first… as they are spot on with the experience.

Rude, lazy staff that couldn’t care less. Several of us in line with no representative at the desk. She was hanging out in the back doing nothing. When asked to do her job she was rude and dismissive. Terrible experience. Avoid this location if you want to get to a business meeting on time.
