A death trap! Would give 0 stars if I could. I rented a van from Avis and later got a flat tired and later discovered tires that were completely corroded, which was only visible after removing them from the car. When speaking to the customer service representative for the roadside assistance, they would not send anyone out to fix the issue and were willing to let us drive all the way back to Tucson from LA on a donut tire. Had a great experience with all the staff here: at the airport counter, the Fastbreak kiosk in the garage, and the staff who took the vehicle upon return. They also swapped me into a different vehicle that was available, upon request (I think it was beneficial for them as well).

It took almost 2 hours to get our rental. We almost missed the rehearsal for a wedding we flew into to attend. We gave this feedback privately to Avis. Management has since responded and they DO NOT CARE.
