Tried to bait and switch the car I ordered for a diffrent car...
Had a great experience with all the staff here: at the airport counter, the Fastbreak kiosk in the garage, and the staff who took the vehicle upon return. They also swapped me into a different vehicle that was available, upon request (I think it was beneficial for them as well).
It took almost 2 hours to get our rental. We almost missed the rehearsal for a wedding we flew into to attend. We gave this feedback privately to Avis. Management has since responded and they DO NOT CARE.
Rosa was an awesome rental agent. We had no problems and the process was smooth. Thank you
