Laura was a very detailed lead rental sales agent. Originally from south California. She brings experience and she is very detailed . She explains all the options and is respectful . There was a long line but one needs to be patience. Avis and budget are one so everyone was at the Avis counter. I waited 15 minutes but I was not in a rush. What was important, she was very detailed and was not pushing for insurance and upgrades. I give laura, 5/5 stars. Thank you laura!
Best rental service I have ever received in my life!
Terrible website, terrible app, terrible service. If you had any choice, you wouldn't be using Avis. Also, the only features this car had was Bluetooth and a backup camera. The rest are literally lies lol.
I came to pick up my van at 6:30 am in the morning, there was absolutely no one there, until a guys came from with yellow jackets, and I believe he worked at car detailing. He went to the back, and started to look for them. So we waited over 45 minutes just to get out Keys.We have our trip to San Diego, and we got late because of the delay and lateness.
