Horrible experience at Avis/Budget, as always. The car smelled like vomit, and when I pointed it out, the associate claimed it was “just Lysol.” The interior was dirty and they just wasted my time. Don’t waste your money. Go to Enterprise!
Had a reservation here. Modified it to a different pickup location without asking, which also increased the overall price. I switch it back to original location online and I get a rude call from the store saying "we don't have any cars". Ridiculous and unprofessional.
They're really not nice, the service is terrible
