Horrible service, I rented a car for one day and when I got to the location to returned it office was already close and I stocked with the car for another day, which I should be responsible to pay since they failed to informed the they were closing early.

I rented a vehicle from this location to use for the road test- Brendan was the person (he must be the owner) Brendan made sure that vehicle was well prepared and good to go for this test. We went to DMV location in Wayne, but the registration in the car was expired, I called Brendan and he immediately texted new registration, but it was too late. I've rented from here on several occasions as I like the convenience of having a neighborhood location. I have always had a very positive experience as Branden goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. He may come across as a bit gruff at first, but he is a really good guy who cares about his business. The vehicles have always been in excellent condition and I was very happy to have recently picked up a brand new RAV4. I’ve rented with this Avis three times now. The process is always so seamless and easy. The cars selection is great as well. Brandon who works up front is the best !! I even forgot a couple things in one of the cars I rented once and he made sure to retrieve it back for us from another city that was 45 min away! Shoutout Avis Montclair.
