Folks were great and small airports have a little different rental experience where you have to visit desk. All good.
This was, without question, the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I travel frequently and rent vehicles on a regular basis, and I have never been treated with such disrespect or unprofessionalism. Lane was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our entire interaction. Lane was very rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. He refused to honor our rental, claiming that we had an attitude, when in reality he was the one who was disrespectful from the very beginning. He canceled our reservation and listed the reason as "rudeness." We had a valid work discount applied to our rental, and he insisted on seeing a work ID. We were confused because our reservation had already been confirmed with the discount, so we called customer service for clarification. Customer service spoke ... read more
