...nice cars and quick checkout but be mindful of unauthorized charges and rate changes...this is the ONLY location I've experienced (being overcharged) at... Thank GOD their Customer Service team has been helpful; that's the 1 star you see above...
Pick up and drop off were easy price was affordable for a weekend rental with unlimited miles only thing was they gave us a wrecked car with only 24k miles. They said it had a few scuffs but the rotors and breaks were really bad, it still had a giant gash in the tire. I'm not sure that i felt safe knowing the vehicle hadn't been through a safety inspection following an accident.

A prepaid car was rented for me by a business. However when I got to the desk, they refused to give me the car listed under my name with my rental confirmation number, saying we don’t do prepaid rentals. If you don’t do prepaid rentals why would you accept a prepaid rental reservation? The man at the desk was very rude and inconsiderate to a pregnant woman. If you’re coming to college station literally use any other rental service besides this one. The enterprise desk looked legit.
