Booked a vehicle a month in advance to guarantee the car I wanted would be available. Less than an hour before pick up they said the vehicle isn’t available until the next day. Very unprofessional and not a reliable company. I DO NOT recommend renting from here.
Manager named Kirk was unprofessional likes to shout at customers when he doesn’t have cars even after they paid. Just a joke of a location spend money elsewhere! Horrible business!

Our rental fit our needs perfect. The staff was helpful and friendly. We will come back again.
I had to book a last-minute reservation for 5:30pm pick up. I booked online and was told that this location had a full size vehicle available. Someone called exactly three minutes after my reservation was paid in full and told me that they didn't have any vehicles available. I had to call customer service to get my money back or pay an upcharge to pick up at another location. THIS COMPLETELY MADE ME UPSET.
