Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews, and I understand that things don’t always go perfectly when renting a car. But this experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We prepaid for a specific vehicle, which wasn’t available when we arrived. I had a great experience thanks to Reggie! I specifically needed an electric vehicle due to lots of travel, and the location I booked with didn’t have one available when I arrived. Reggie went above and beyond to help — he tracked one down at another location and made sure everything was ready for me. His customer service was excellent, and he made a stressful situation totally smooth. He’s awesome — 10/10 would recommend working with him!
I just want to thank Michelle at the Avis on Pine Island road in Cape Coral. My family and I are heading to Nashville to see our oldest son at Lineman school for the 4th of July weekend.
