Horrible experience from the beginning. We booked an intermediate GAS car. During pick up asked if there were SUVs available and were told only electric ones so we said never mind, let’s stick with what we booked. Even had us sign up for the option to not have to refill the tank before drop off. Get out to the car and it’s an electric car. Go back inside to tell the agent, had to wait almost 30 minutes for her to come back and were told that’s all they have was electric cars. Slower than epic park lines. Hire two attendants , one is not enough
No signs to find the drop off the location. One employee at the desk and the wait time is ridiculous . No key drop and even in the garage when one finally finds it, there no clear directions to find the car spots. Then you have to walk all the way back to the lobby. The most confusing Avis I deal with.
