Where to start with our experience with Josh... Josh at the Avis desk in the Dockside Resort was very helpful and friendly. Josh quickly reserved a car for us and sent us on our way back home. We rented a car for a day with the help of Josh and we had a wonderful experience. The car was in excellent condition and the service was great !
I rented a car here with Seth. He was nice at first. I needed to extend the car and called to speak with Cynthia who told me that she would extend it for $250 until Sunday (extending for a week) and that I could just pay at drop off. I told her this was perfect and I told her thank you and that I was in a call but would try to just come pay it today. She said great but if not I could do it at drop off. Booked car for 27th dec' . Did not get car on 27th with no explanation saying no cars available. Then why did you book. Had missed my cruise to bahamas from tampa. Costing me 3000 dollars and unbelievable stress. Although the person at counter was very nice. But it was Avis who overbooked .this is completely disaster
Absolutely terrible, was supposed to be at her desk but when we got there at 9:25, she wasn’t there and didn’t return till 10:20. Represenative was extremely rude and horrible to deal with. Will never use this service again and avoid them at all costs. Had a problem with our vehicle and needed assistance with it as we needed to get to the airport but with the delay of her not being there and providing no help.
