Amazing service and very professional the whole experience was great.
The customer service is amazing
Do not rent a vehicle here. Our reserved vehicle wasn’t ready until 6+ hours after the reserved time. There was no effort to communicate with updates or reconcile the problem.
We reserved a car two weeks in advance. We showed up at the rental time, and we were told they had no cars available. You would think they would have reached out to let us know, but no, they decided to let us come in and waste our time. We had to drive out to Orlando Airport because it's the closest place with a large SUV.
Honestly I won't go to any other avis. The customer service is amazing the counter agent has a great memory and understands his customers. Always greeting with a smile and the cars are great too.
