I am writing this review to single out agent Patty who went an extra mile to provide me with a car to get home when the airline couldn't do so. Patty worked extra hours and was very caring regarding my special situation, and without her I had no other option available and would be stranded indefinitely. It's nice people like this who make a difference and their company should recognize and compensate them accordingly! Thank you again, all the best and see you soon!

Don't bother making a reservation. I made a reservation over a month (and paid for) in advance for a sports recreation vehicle and when I get there, no jeep or bronco is to be found. They offered me the option to drive over 40 miles away to see if I *maybe* could exchange whatever they gave me for the car I paid for in advance. Plenty of vehicles that I reserved on the lot for other companies, just not this one. Unacceptable business practice as the car I reserved is significantly more expensive than others.
