I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at Avis. My interaction with Alex was completely unprofessional from start to finish. During what should have been a routine rental issue, Alex became confrontational, spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, and used profanity while addressing me. This is probably the worst Avis budget in the franchise. I have rented a car here four weeks in a row and each time the experience has been appalling.. The first time I rented here it took the agent three tries to get me the correct car. The first car smelled a smoke. The other one was not up to par. Finally, we got it right. Jana was amazing on pickup of the vehicle. She was extremely helpful, courteous and professional! Alex was equally amazing in dropoff. Both of these individuals deserve praise for their professionalism and courteousness!!!
