Ordered a car online. Said it was reserved for me. I order an uber to go and pick it up. As I pull into the parking lot they call me and tell me they don’t actually have a car waiting on me. I then end up having to get another uber to go back home. Wasted 30$ due to their inability to inform their customers of anything. Why would you allow someone to reserve a car and it not actually be there. Terrible experience. Do not recommend these people

Alex C was fantastic he provided excellent customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Avis and I will use them every time I need a car! Our Kia was very clean, smelled fresh and rides like a charm

When my Hyundai (Rental number 633933996) malfunctioned in the hotel parking-lot at Daytona Beach yesterday, the response by Avis was excellent. Within 2 hours, the car had been recovered, I was transported to the Avis Desk at DB Airport and a replacement vehicle immediately supplied. The staff concerned were all helpful, pleasant and efficient. Excellent customer care, thank-you.

The last couple years of renting here on a regular basis has been a great experience. Everyone at the counter has been friendly. As a regular renter here, No complaints love the personnel currently working here.
