Amazon rented a car for me through AVIS for my work assignment. Getting the car and returning the keys were fast and easy. Really great service! Thank yall
Quick no-hassle pick-up & drop-off of my reserved 2-day Avis rental at the DAB Airport. In-airport desk clerks were friendly & efficient. Short walk from the terminal building baggage claim area to the rental parking lot; check the vehicle, load your belongings, start it up and drive it away. Coudn't have been an easier transition for ground transportation either departing or returning.
Very disappointed with Avis. After reserving a Jeep Wrangler SUV 3 weeks before we flew in for my family vacation to DB only to find out it wasn't available for me. I was told that even if you reserve a specific vehicle it means nothing when it comes to pick up. I was given a chevy equinox crossover, which I was not able to take on the beach with my family.
