If I can give a 0 I would,the lady on the counter acted like we are criminals,who ever owns the business you should hire someone who knows how to communicate with their customers if not you guys are going out of business soon because I am going to do my part by sharing my experience with friends,family and my community group.Someone please teach that women how to talk,she acts so bossy.Good luck to anyone going there to rent a car.To the owner you just lost a good customer who rents cars frequently for trips and we rent cars... read more

I tried to give 0, but I couldn't find it. If I had to find it, I WOULD give 0 without any hesitation. The lady in the office acted like a police officer. Very bad behavior.It was very terrible. I have never experienced such bad behavior before. She didn't want to accept my corporate ID card, which I used for many rentals before. So many times, she cut my speech. Rental online. Went to go pick up the person at the counter said my information on my drivers license and credit card didn’t match. Which is the same name, and address link to both credit card and drivers license. I was denied my rental and ask to present a secondary identification, a passport! Ridiculous!
