I tried to give 0, but I couldn't find it. If I had to find it, I WOULD give 0 without any hesitation. The lady in the office acted like a police officer. Very bad behavior.It was very terrible. I have never experienced such bad behavior before. She didn't want to accept my corporate ID card, which I used for many rentals before. So many times, she cut my speech. Rental online. Went to go pick up the person at the counter said my information on my drivers license and credit card didn’t match. Which is the same name, and address link to both credit card and drivers license. I was denied my rental and ask to present a secondary identification, a passport! Ridiculous!

Rented cars on several occasions at this Avis subsidiary. There were always issues during what normally should be a quick checkout. E.g. unable to add a second driver, unexpected high additional charges, location unavailable via phone, declined corporate account that is accepted at any airport rental counter. If you have other options, use them. Won't bother to return to this run-down location.

I've had a great experience, booked my vehicle online. My car was ready when I arrived. I had to rebook for a few extra days. They let me keep my same car. Even when I came back with a car issue. Very very accommodating, very helpful. No issues at all
