I booked a car through uber and when I went to go pick up apparently they had no cars. I asked why didn’t they call or cancel through uber and apparently they have no power to cancel on uber and apparently according to them uber doesn’t check inventory so they don’t know the stock before accepting bookings. I made a reservation to rent a car for a week. They called me an hour before I was supposed to pick up the car and told me they were sold out and don’t have a car for me. A MAJOR problem for me.
