Excellent customer service by Josh Montanez!!! Everything was perfect, even he helped me out with my credit cards, as they were kinda broken (literally!). Not only did I receive an upgrade but MOST IMPORTANTLY he was able to exchange my vehicle at my request an hour later! At the end of the day, it was my first experience with AVIS and what a nice one to remember! FOR SURE I will have AVIS as my top-of-mind choice!

Car was very well maintained, this service is not very cheap. It was okay but had issues getting out of the parking lot as a barcode scanner was not working.
The front desk lied about the return of my deposit, and the 800#, lied about me paying for an extra day, as did the front desk! Liars believe they get somewhere in life—it all comes back to haunt them!
