Me estafaron, devolví el vehículo a tiempo. La mujer que me atendió en el mostrador me dijo que entregando las llaves ya estaba todo ok, no era necesario firmar nada. Luego, una vez que volvimos del viaje nos encontramos con que nos habían cobrado 3 días extra porque registraron tarde la devolución. Hice el reclamo vía mail pero no tuve respuestas

Excellent customer service by Josh Montanez!!! Everything was perfect, even he helped me out with my credit cards, as they were kinda broken (literally!). Not only did I receive an upgrade but MOST IMPORTANTLY he was able to exchange my vehicle at my request an hour later! At the end of the day, it was my first experience with AVIS and what a nice one to remember! FOR SURE I will have AVIS as my top-of-mind choice!

Car was very well maintained, this service is not very cheap. It was okay but had issues getting out of the parking lot as a barcode scanner was not working.
