I booked a 7-pax van in May and got a Kia Carnival that has hands free driving technology which was great. The gentleman at the counter was polite and the rental went as smoothly as expected. The only reason I took off one star is that the van was dirty inside, had lots of crumbs, etc. which was tolerable for me but may not be for other renters, so be aware.
Reserved vehicle, and upon pickup, they did not have our rental available. We ended up finding one down the road from Enterprise for same price and they were great at helping us at the last minute.
