I had an excellent experience with the Avis Rent A Car location in New Smyrna Beach. Taurian went above and beyond to help me when I arrived very close to closing. Through no fault of theirs, I had to leave and come back at the last minute, and he stayed late to make sure I was able to get the vehicle I needed. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, and he turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a great experience.
