I had a reservation at this location set for 3:30 06/25/25 and this reservation was previously a reservation set for the Ottawa Hills location however they called me a few hours before my reservation time and said they had no vehicles. I in turn had my reservation moved to this location at the airport. The lady on the phone GUARANTEED this location had cars available. Tammy was super helpful and loved her proactiveness and care for customers. We were traveling from NYC to Chicago with full family of elders and kids and our van broke down around this area. We lost all hopes of returning comfortably and Tammy went over and above to arrange for a car that made our journey comfortable.
