Echo the recent reviews. Avis preferred plus member here, been using them forever including this location with previous ownership with no problems. Had a very unpleasant experience with Kim, and won't be back. I will go out of my way to avoid this location.
We have used this location multiple times but never again. We went in yesterday with a problem & the woman couldn't have been more rude and dismissive. There are MANY Avis locations a short drive from this one with better customer service.... we found one!!!
The new owner is a nightmare. Been doing business here for years on a mini lease. The easiest money. Never had any problem across multiple owners. The new owner is not about customer service and she loves being the authority figure that gets to say no. Pick a different location
