Beware of Avis Sugar Land This location is a complete scam. I was charged over $2,000 without explanation, and I’m still waiting on additional charges they keep trying to push through. They take your money without reason and do not provide honest service. This feels like nothing more than a money grab. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. Big-time scammers.
Sonia was so helpful!! Don’t really understand why these reviews are so negative!! But we had a good experience and we even dropped the car off early The day before while the storewas closed and it got checked in in a timely manner!!! Didn’t even have to worry about anything!!!!
Cars are not cleaned & Terrible customer service.
When I got to the office to pick the car up, they said it was $740 for The Rent-A-Car I reserved. So the guy lied to me over the phone a month before when I reserved the rental car on the phone with him. He said that it was $245 for the car with full comprehensive insurance. He never sent the email confirmation as well.
