When I got to the office to pick the car up, they said it was $740 for The Rent-A-Car I reserved. So the guy lied to me over the phone a month before when I reserved the rental car on the phone with him. He said that it was $245 for the car with full comprehensive insurance. He never sent the email confirmation as well.
Love the service and I was in and out
This place needs to be shut down. The Customer service is so bad . They’re unprofessional especially the manager.
Porsche was the worst person I've ever delt with. She was very disrespectful, rude, and hateful towards my wife and mother-in-law. We had to ask 3 times for someone to do the walk around to document damage prior to picking up the car. The car also smelled like someone was smoking Marijuana. Belongings were left In the car as well. I will never rent a car from this company ever again.
Reservation was at 7:30 A.M, waited until 7:50 and the store still didn’t open. If you have places to be, don’t rely on this place.
