The pick up and drop off process went smoothly, and the customer service was excellent, however the car was quite dirty. It was mechanically sound, but smelled like stale cigarettes and is in desperate needed of a detailing- garbage under the seats and the inside windshield looked like someone blew their nose on it. The office was also pretty yucky. It is clearly labled externally, and easy to find, however there is no signage inside directing you to the second floor. We picked up our car there to drive to NYC.. The SUV they gave us was damaged... absolutely filthy.. the back hatch floor was caved in... we went back in and they gave us a different one.. that was all they had. It was better.. but still dirty on the outside and inside.. I had to take it home and clean it... go to the airport to get yr vehicle.. DO NOT GO HERE..
