DO NOT BOOK‼‼ I had a reservation and was told the wrong information after talking to three people over the phone. I travel from another state to New York and came to the front desk provided information and NO CARS were available in all FOUR DIFFERENT LOCATIONS‼‼‼ Then proceeded to tell me that I’ll receive a refund in the next 5-7 business days. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your time and money. Horrible car rental place‼ Never again…. Had to spend $400 in uber thanks a lot Avis
