Best experience renting at Avis, iv rented twice in the past two months and both times my experience has been a breeze. Both pick up and drop off. Two lovely women that were working both times were very delightful and professional not just with me, but with customers walking in and standing behind me and telling them we will be with you in just a few moments.

On 03/21/2026, I went in to rent a vehicle. They didn’t have anything available, which I understood since it was last minute and the weekend. However, on 03/22/2026, I returned to the Avis/Budget location to pick up a vehicle I had already reserved and paid $366 for 24 hours prior. When I arrived, two employees were assisting a family and didn’t acknowledge me at all, so I sat down and waited.
