On 03/21/2026, I went in to rent a vehicle. They didn’t have anything available, which I understood since it was last minute and the weekend. However, on 03/22/2026, I returned to the Avis/Budget location to pick up a vehicle I had already reserved and paid $366 for 24 hours prior. When I arrived, two employees were assisting a family and didn’t acknowledge me at all, so I sat down and waited. Amazing service I got a free upgrade from a small car to a 2025 Kia telluride which was perfect, owner is great and helpful, will definitely keep renting here in the future
