I booked online a one way rental from this location as it shows available online. The representative calls me and tells me they don’t have any cars. So I go and book through Avis and it charges my card for the 2nd time, which they call again and say we are the same business location and don’t have rentals. I call and ask them do they not have rentals or do they not have rentals for someone that needs to one way the car and Erin(Aaron) said they do not have a car that they would one way. I reserved a car yesterday called to confirm this morning that the car was ready for pickup and when I got here they told me they didn't have a car
Deyton and Aaron were exceptionally helpful and understanding! Lightning quick on both pick up and drop-off! Best Avis location during my entire trip!
