Needs better customer service. Every time it’s time for me to rent, he gives me a very difficult time. I’ve used the same process for over 3 years at other Avis locations without any issues, but at this location he makes it hard and tells me to “just go to another location because they’ll probably do it.” His attitude also comes across as very nonchalant and unhelpful throughout the process. They also never answer the phone, which makes communication even more frustrating.

I had booker a car WWWWAAAAAYYYY in advance, the morning I am supposed to leave they call me and say they have no vehicles. I didn't feel like there was alot of remorse on the other end it was like ;"this is the situation oh well, see ya later." I called customer service they were no help especially after they hung up on me. I called Enterprise and they were more than happy to take care of me. Will not be using Avis in the future.

Do not rent from here, we had a car rented for several months, went to go pick it up and they say sorry we do not have a vehicle for you. The reason, it's a busy weekend and the airport needed more vehicles. So when you reserve it means nothing. Terrible customer service with zero empathy for the situation they put us in.

The gentleman at the front desk is a gem. When the chip reader on my credit card didn’t work at first, he was patient, kind and understanding. We tried both registers and he was finally able to get it to read. He is an amazing human and I would recommend this location to anyone
