I have several Avis locations within a short drive, but I always choose this one. The staff here are excellent, and the service is consistently exceptional. Their inventory is also well stocked, with a great variety of vehicles in all sizes to fit any need. You’d be missing out if you went anywhere else.
They didn't have the car I needed. But the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and professional.
Today I went to make my next reservation and they told me that they don't have any vehicle available until a month but before us some white people made one and for them they did have but when I asked for an suv they didn't have then I left and called to ask what they had available and they said they didn't have anything available and the last time I booked a gmc yucon online but when I got there they offered me another car smaller than the one I needed worse place to rent a car
Normally I like Avis, but I ordered a compact medium gasoline powered car and left with an electric 150 mile range at 80% full charge. Staff were great, but disappointed in Avis.
Negative star What’s the point of being an Avis Preferred member if reservations mean nothing? Extremely frustrating experience at this location. I booked a full-size premium SUV in advance. Two days before pickup, I was told no cars were available. Then on the morning of pickup, I was told a vehicle was ready. While driving there, I got another call saying they actually had no SUVs and could only offer a minivan—for the same price. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
