Wanted to send over a special shoutout to Grilette at Avis/Budget Car Rental at the Sheraton in Alexandria, VA. We had a difficult predicament, and she went above and beyond to help us. First off, her disposition was confident and calming. Secondly, she was trying everything in her power to get us a car. She gave us a few great ideas to accommodate us. All and all, she kept us calm, while being resourceful. Thanks so much!
