I’m sorry, I always rent here and LITERALLY (can show proof) rented from here in July of 2025 with the same card upon pick up but for some odd reason today a DIFFERENT gentleman tells me I can’t use my Visa Credit card (that clearly states it’s a credit card)because it’s a prepaid debit card. I showed him that it was a credit card and he proceeded to tell me that it was a prepaid debit card and that the system wouldn’t let him bypass it.
