I am an Avis Preferred customer and rent from Avis several times a year. My experiences at other Avis locations have consistently been positive, clean vehicles, helpful staff, and smooth rentals. Unfortunately, this location is the complete opposite, and after multiple bad experiences, I will not return. I have rented from this location several times, and every vehicle has been filthy. Got a last minute rental car here after Hertz said they had nothing anywhere in Indy. Picking up my car was smooth and easy and the ladies helping us were professional and very nice. She walked me to my car and made sure it had gas and the car itself looked okay (which it did). The car itself was great, Avis takes great care of their vehicles. Returning the car was also easy. Quick and easy I've had a couple of experiences recently with Budget/Avis where I was forced to make last-minute alternative arrangements because things did not go as promised. More than a month in advance, I made and received confirmation for a minivan rental with a drop-off at Chicago Airport.
