6 months after renting a car for 4 days and it breaking down after 2 days. I get a bill in the mail for $96.26 for tire damage! After calling 4 times and them not being able to find my rental agreement. They finally found the the account when I demanded proof of said damage for my attorney to go over. It took me threatening a lawsuit for them to drop the charge. I wish that we could put negative on the star rating!
Angie is the absolute best! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, helped us problem solve as we needed a rental multiple times! We won’t go anywhere else to rent a vehicle!
