Love the guys here. Def recommend calling ahead seems like the cars they show you on Priceline are not always there. But I will for sure be back.

Irine was very kind and easy to work with. This location often doesn’t have cars so be sure to be in close communication and don’t get worked up if your car smells a bit like smoke!

I make a reservation online to drive cross country for my military PCS move. Later in the evening, I get a call from a female from this location, saying they are out of vehicles and I need to go to DFW if I wanted a car. The phone rep said they had plenty of vehicles there vice the Saginaw, TX location (where I live). I ask the service agent that called is that all I have to do? Saw some 1 star reviews and thought Id share mine, as I had one of the most seamless, fastest rental experiences here. I was in and out in 10 minutes with my rental. What made it more impressive is that I met the owner and she was running everything by herself. In my experience, She was professional, efficient, and clearly values peoples time. I will say that they were low on vehicles, but that seems to be the case everywhere right now.
